Founded in January of 1997, and with an aggregate of 85 years in the music industry, Into Oblivion stands out among New Englands Alternative cover bands with a sonic force greater than its sum. Exceeding any previous philosophy of what a Cover Band should look and sound like, Into Oblivion introduces a fresh, new view in live club entertainment. All songs are chosen with audience preference as well as participation in mind. That being said, songs are then painstakingly mastered and Oblivionized into the trademark Into Oblivion sound. What makes the Into Oblivion sound? Meticulous rehearsal, as well as the artful arranging and re-mixing from the synthesis division of the band. This, accompanied by the musicianship of the remaining members produces a thoroughly faithful, yet unique version of past and current audience favorites. Genres of music include: Seattle Grunge, College Alternative, 80s Retro New Wave, Industrial, Electronica, Techno, Heavy Metal, and Hard Rock. With a song list of over 70 tunes and counting, Into Oblivion can cater to any venues specific needs for entertainment. State of the art equipment also plays an important role in Into Oblivions unique sound. From the cutting-edge synthesizers and samplers to the bleeding-edge Guitar amplifiers, Drum units, and PA system, Into Oblivion has it all. Speaking of the PA system, the Into Oblivion PA is rated for a venue seating up to four thousand people. Think that would be too loud for your venue? Not at all. With power comes headroom. With headroom comes clarity. Tired of the in-your-face, blaring, Ill be deaf after tonight sound that a lot of bands hand you? With Into Oblivions engineering consultants, we have created a PA with clarity unmatched by todays standards. With a growing
audience by word-of-mouth referral in conjunction with the exponential
increase in hits at the Into Oblivion Internet Web Page, Its
clear that Into Oblivions fan base gets larger every passing
show. Into Oblivion also sets the new standard for
merchandising and marketing for a cover band. Fans value tokens of appreciation
for their loyalty, Into Oblivion likes to reward their outstanding
fans with T-shirts, Stickers, and other memorabilia just to say Thank
You, Please come again.
