Supervisor to the Art Department at The Quill Co. |

Mike started playing drums at the age of 10. His first band was The Screamin’ Pharaohs which he was a founder of in 1985. Mike was with them for ten years. After some personnel changes in 1995, they decided to change the name to The Astro Zombies. Both bands focused mainly on the Surf/Frat Rock genre. Although he’s been playing drums for over 25 years, his other talents include the guitar and song writing. Mike has been involved with numerous recording projects, most recently with Elaine McKenna where he played Drums, Guitar, and co-wrote many of the songs on the CD. Mike is the Supervisor to the Art/Photo Department of The Quill Company, a global manufacturer of high quality writing instruments. Having been employed at The Quill Co. for over 10 years, his main duties include digital imaging and over seeing several departments within Art/Photo. Also, as President of the Continuous Improvement Counsel at Quill, he gets to oversee many of the day to day operations. This level of Anal Retention is exactly what the rhythm section of Into Oblivion needed. With Mike's help, you'll hear a vast improvement in the 'solidity' and cohesion of our cover tunes. |
